I'm a learning technology specialist currently residing in Auburn, Maine. I enjoy work that allows me to tackle complex challenges while engaging in the creative process, as well as making computer systems work more effectively for the people using them. Technology should be centered on user value— a model that by-and-large tech companies have turned away from. In my role as a learning technology support specialist, I'm most proud of the projects I lead to implement Kaltura as a video solution for my institution and Accredible as the badging solution. Both of these projects identified a problem for users (students and faculty) and implemented solutions that made workflows easier. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration and an A.S. in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
Outside of work, my interests include web development, audio/music production, photography, video games, and baseball. I produce music under the name Supertonic. My latest release is a remaster of my first EP, The Green Light EP. I like to fiddle with projects on my Steam Deck, which has taught me a lot about Linux. In the spring, I enjoy coaching youth baseball, which is a source of immense joy for me.
