I'm a learning technology specialist in Auburn, Maine.
- I enjoy working on complex problems and engaging in the creative process, as well as making computer systems work more effectively for the people using them.
- It's my belief that technology should be centered on user value— a model that by-and-large tech companies have turned away from.
- In my role as a learning technology support specialist, I'm most proud of the projects I lead to implement Kaltura as a video solution for my institution and Accredible as the badging solution. Both of these projects identified a problem for users and implemented solutions that lowered barriers to entry.
- I hold a B.S. in Business Administration and an A.S. in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
Outside of work,
- My interests include web development, audio/music production, photography, video games, and baseball.
- I produce music under the name Supertonic. My latest release is a remaster of my first EP, The Green Light EP.
- I have a tabby cat named Chauncey.
- My dream is to have an extensive microphone locker, despite not having need for more than an SM58.
